Sid attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and earned his degree at California State University, Northridge. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance and Minors in Real Estate and Economics. Sid is a licensed Broker and holds a GRI certification, considered by the National Assoc of REALTORS as one of the most respected certifications in the industry.
Although specializing in the La Quinta area, Sid has sold homes from Palm Springs to Indio. He is very knowledgeable with gated golf course and country club communities.

In 2008, Sid was honored by the California Desert Assoc of REALTORS with a Humanitarian Award for having donated the Gift of Life, a kidney, to a fellow colleague at CLR. Since the donation, Sid has continued to be involved with the Southern California Kidney Foundation and Loma Linda University Medical Center. Sid continues to further the awareness of kidney disease and the benefits of living donation.
