Welcome to Trilogy at La Quinta, California. Trilogy at La Quinta is an active adult master planned community built by Shea Homes, named in 2005 as America's Best Builder by Builder Magazine. Located  against the Coral Mountains in La Quinta, this guard gated private community is surrounded by natural beauty.

There are eleven floor plans to choose from at Trilogy in La Quinta with three different exterior elevations - Mediterranean, Spanish and Tuscan. When completed, Trilogy in La Quinta will have 1,200 - 1,400 single family detached homes. Homeowner dues are approximately $253 per month which includes the use of the Santa Rosa Club facilities, cable, trash, gate maintenance and front landscaping.
